SoA community members, please use this form to nominate local restaurants to receive the Snail of Approval award. Restaurants should embody at least of our core values:

GOOD: Seasonality, Taste, Artisan Quality, Authenticity.
CLEAN: Sustainability, Low Impact, Connection (to producers, aware of their practices).
FAIR: Local/Regional Sourcing, Awareness (staff is trained on sources of products), Labor Practices, Humane (treatment of people, plants & animals you source from), Community (your contributions to the NYC food community to advance Slow Food principles).
