Please fill this out if you are interested in having your (K-5) child come to Wilson High School from 5:30-8:30 for a Kids Night Out Friday, December 8th.

Drop off is in the Wilson High School Upper house Auditorium Main entrance starting at 5:00 pm. The event will begin at 5:30. 

$20 for 1st kid and $15 for each additional kid

Allergies of kid(s) - Please be specific to who has the allergy if registering more than one child.   We will be serving pizza from Dominos, snacks, cookies, and water.  Feel free to have your child bring their own food items in a lunchbox. Please let us know when you drop off your child of anything you do not want them to eat.
