Behind every great team is a fearless leader, so one captain per team must register their team name and home court.

Next season is July 27 - August 24, 2022*

*The season will be extended if any week(s) get rained out until five weeks are complete, but captains do not need to worry about scheduling make-up matches.

Players register and pay dues individually.
We'll send the captain instructions to forward onto their team after this form is complete.
