Please review our map layout in order to complete the following section. Most UVSA-provided canopies will be on 7 ft legs with attached cinder blocks. UVSA-provided canopies which are 20' x 20' or larger will be placed on 8' legs and may have water barrels attached to each leg in lieu of cinder blocks for safety reasons.

Top 5 Booth Preference for Returning Vendors Only.
For returning vendors only, please select your top 5 booth preferences based on our booth layout. New vendors will not always have their top booth preference. If your application is approved but your choices are not available, we will offer the nearest available space to your first choice. Please include a color in addition to the booth number if you are interested in multiple areas i.e. Blue 02 or Red 15.
Would you like a corner booth space? *
Selecting this option does not guarantee a corner space. Corner spaces will automatically incur an extra charge of $300.
Booth Classification *
This application is for non-food only. Please complete the Food Application if you'd like to prepare or serve food, including any prepackaged sampling or dispensing. Qualifying non-profit, game, and handcraft/handmade sales vendors will receive a 50% discount.
Tax Exempt Organizations
If your organization is federally tax exempt, please select your type here. We will verify your exempt status and you must select "Information" above to qualify for the discount for 50% off the booth price.
Clear selection
Description of Booth *
Please list all items you will sell or explain the information you will be disseminating. If you are a game booth, please describe your game in detail including the rules and prizes. It is critical that provide detail and clarity so that we can process your application in a timely manner. Vague descriptions, such as writing "toys" as your sole description will result in an auto-decline of your submission. Linking a website is not a valid entry.
CA Seller's Permit Number
All merchandise sales vendors must have a valid California Seller's Permit, either permanent or temporary, with the following address listed: 88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa CA, 92626. Seller's Permit Number *
If you are selling and have an existing and valid Seller's Permit Number, please enter it here. If you are not selling, please put N/A. If you do not have a seller's permit in the time of applying, put N/A and email tet.vendors@uvsa.org within a week of applying. If you need to provide a seller's permit and do not provide the permit after the allotted week grace period, your application will be forfeited.

All exhibitors will receive access to ONE (1) outlet with max 3 amps within 25' of their designated space.

Applicant agrees that by submitting this application they have read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the SPACE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Applicant further agrees that all employees, volunteers, agents, other personnel who occupy booth rental space will adhere to the agreement and all festival regulations set forth by UVSA. Any violations of this agreement may incur consequences such as the loss of your security deposit, etc.
