UVSA-provided canopies which are 20' x 20' or larger will be placed on 8' legs and may have water barrels attached to each leg in lieu of cinder blocks for safety reasons.

Please list all items you will sell or explain the information you will be disseminating. If you are a game booth, please describe your game in detail including the rules and prizes. It is critical that provide detail and clarity so that we can process your application in a timely manner. Vague descriptions, such as writing "toys" as your sole description will result in an auto-decline of your submission. Linking a website is not a valid entry.
