Please fill out this RSVP form for EACH student in 2nd-5th grade that will be staying for our first LC PTA Cowboy Kids Club meeting on Thursday, September 29th from 3:15-4:15 pm.

This club is for all Longs Creek Elementary Students who are a PTA member. The only requirements for membership are every student must be a paid PTA member that is excited to connect with the school, volunteers to improve the school community, and supports their peers and campus staff. No attendance requirements, come when you can. A list of future meeting dates will be sent home with your student.

Our first meeting will be held on Thursday, September 29th in Mrs. Merrill's Classroom from 3:15-4:15 pm.
