As our synod prepares to conclude our regular Sunday morning online worship services, we would like to offer a resource for congregations and individuals who are seeking digital worship opportunities. If your congregation or ministry is willing to allow others to share in your service, please fill out the form below to be included on a publicly-available directory.

Services should be easily accessible on a platform that does not require users to log in to view the video, such as Facebook, YouTube, your church's website, etc. Please do not fill out the form if you only offer services that are held on more private platforms, such as within a Facebook group or on Zoom without being broadcast to another platform. Your responses should *only* reflect your digital worship opportunities, even if you are also offering in-person worship.
