How to apply:

• Fill out the details in this form and agree to the customer marketing consent and data privacy policy.

• The system will check whether you are a current customer over the age of 20 or not. After that, a link with your unique referral code will be sent via SMS to your registered phone number.

• You can use the referral link and referral code to share through various social media channels. Let your friends apply.

• The referee must ensure the referral code is filled in the Referral code field on Information of insured person page every time before payment.
  

สำหรับผู้แนะนำ

• ผู้แนะนำต้องเป็นลูกค้าปัจจุบันของซันเดย์ ที่มีอายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป

• เมื่อผู้ถูกแนะนำซื้อประกันสุขภาพหรือประกันรถยนต์ของซันเดย์มูลค่า 5,000 บาทขึ้นไป และถือครองกรมธรรม์อย่างน้อย 45 วัน ผู้แนะนำจะได้รับเงินสดจำนวน 500 บาทต่อกรมธรรม์  

• เงินสดจะถูกโอนเข้าบัญชีธนาคารที่คุณลงทะเบียนไว้ในกรมธรรม์ภายใน 85 วัน นับแต่วันที่กรมธรรม์ของผู้ถูกแนะนำมีผลบังคับใช้ตามจำนวนกรมธรรม์ที่คุณแนะนำ

• ผู้แนะนำจะได้รับเงินสดในกรณีที่กรมธรรม์ของผู้ถูกแนะนำได้รับการอนุมัติและไม่มีการยกเลิกกรมธรรม์ในช่วงเวลาที่กำหนด

For referrer

• This referral program is eligible for Sunday's existing customers who are 20 years old or older.

• For referrer to receive THB 500 cash reward per policy, your referred friend must be a new customer who has purchased Sunday's health or motor insurance with premiums more than THB 5,000 and holds the policy for at least 45 days.

• Cash reward will be transferred to your registered bank account within 85 days from the referee’s policy effective date, depending on the number of policies referred. 

• The referrer will receive the cash only if the referee’s policy is approved and the referee does not cancel the policy.

• There is no limit on the number of referred friends or invitations, and a cash reward is eligible for every referred policy which has premiums more than THB 5,000.

• The referrer must have an active insurance policy with Sunday Insurance (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• This promotion does not include Sunday’s customers holding BYD car insurance policy.

• Sunday Ins Co., Ltd. will deduct a 1% withholding tax from the amount you receive from each transaction through the company's SCB business online.

• Sunday Ins Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend or terminate the referral program without prior notice.

• Sunday Ins Co., Ltd. requests permission to use the last four digits of the referrer’s phone number and the identification card for generating referral codes.

สำหรับผู้ถูกแนะนำ

• ผู้ถูกแนะนำจะต้องเป็นลูกค้าใหม่ ที่มีอายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป

• ผู้ถูกแนะนำจะต้องซื้อประกันสุขภาพหรือประกันรถยนต์ซันเดย์ผ่านลิงก์ของผู้แนะนำ และกรอกโค้ด (Referral code) ในหน้าข้อมูลผู้เอาประกันเท่านั้น โดยมีเบี้ยประกันที่ต้องชำระ 5,000 บาทขึ้นไป (ไม่รวมอากรแสตมป์) 

• คุณจะได้รับเงิน 250 บาทต่อกรมธรรม์เข้าบัญชีของคุณ โดยเงินสดจำนวน 250 บาทจะถูกโอนเข้าบัญชีธนาคารที่คุณสมัครซื้อประกัน ภายในเวลา 85 วัน นับจากวันที่กรมธรรม์มีผลบังคับใช้

• โปรโมชันนี้ลูกค้าซันเดย์ที่ถือกรมธรรม์ประกันภัยรถยนต์ยี่ห้อ BYD ไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ได้

• You must purchase health or motor insurance from Sunday with the premiums (excludes stamp duty) more than THB 5,000 through your referral link To receive the cash reward, you must purchase through your referral link and enter the referral code on the checkout page.

• You will receive THB 250 cash reward in your registered bank account within 85 days after the policy's effective date.

• This promotion does not include Sunday’s customers holding BYD car insurance policy.

• Sunday Ins Co., Ltd. will deduct a 1% withholding tax from the amount you receive from each transaction through the company's SCB business online.
