Here you can register for Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (ages 3 thru 6th grade), our toddler program (18-36 months) and the Confirmation Preparation program (7th & 8th grades).  You can register up to three children using this form.  Please note that for CGS you will select one of three times (Sunday morning, Sunday afternoon, or Monday afternoon).  The toddler program is only offered during the 10AM Mass on Sunday, and Confirmation Prep is only offered on Sunday afternoons.  Lastly, there is a sacrament fee for First Communion and for Confirmation.  First Communion is celebrated during 2nd grade, as long as your child participated in religious education for one year prior to second grade.  Confirmation is celebrated during the second year of Confirmation Prep, usually 8th grade.  If you have any questions or difficulties completing this form, please contact Barb McHugh at bdmchugh@mac.com.  We look forward to seeing you in September!
