Eyelevel is seeking support from our community with our upcoming move and fall programming. In order to make these activities happen, we are asking our members, fans and folks within our community to let us know what skills, time, interests and resources they would be willing to bring to Eyelevel.

While we always welcome volunteerism, and will be calling for Volunteers for our move, Eyelevel often has the opportunity to hire folks for short-term contracts or one-off gigs. We can't guarantee that filling out this survey will lead to paid work, but we would love to gather a list of artists, freelancers and arts workers that we can approach for paid jobs.

All of the information that you share will be held by Eyelevel for when volunteers or freelancers are needed. We promise to keep your contact info and any other information that you provide confidential unless you tell us otherwise.
