Once you've submitted this form, a 2023 Swap Seller ID will be created for you. Your Seller ID will subsequently be presented to you when you drop your gear off at the equipment collection site at the times and location below, enabling you to tag and code your items on swap Price Tags provided by CBSF.

Wednesday, 11/8: Old Rock Jail in CB from 9 - 11 AM
Thursday, 11/9: Chamber 4-Way from Noon - 5 PM
Thursday, 11/9: Taylor Hall Front Parking Lot at Western from 6 - 7:30 PM
Friday, 11/10: Lodge at Mountaineer Square from 9 - 11 AM  

GEAR PICK UP: All unsold gear must be collected between 12 - 1:30 PM on Saturday, 11/11 or it becomes property of CBSF.

Sales commission checks will be mailed to sellers in early December. Please contact us if you do not recieve your check by 12/15.  Sellers agree to a 70% (goes to Seller)/30%(goes to CBSF) commission split. Please provide your mailing address to where you want your check sent below:

Swap Sales Consent & Agreement: Crested Butte Snowsports Foundation will retain 30% of proceeds on sold items, Sellers retain 70%. At the conclusion of the Swap on Saturday, 11/11; all UNCLAIMED items remaining after the pick-up period (Saturday, 11/11: 12 - 1:30 pm) shall be donated to Crested Butte Snowsports Foundation.
