Bristol: Baristas (no experience, just a love for coffee and interest in learning)
Bristol: Pastry chef (Full time) experience or training in pastry required)
Bristol: Kitchen staff (prep/line cooks, willingness to be creative)
Bristol: beer/wine tender (TIPS certification required)

Borealis Coffee Company is a small-batch, specialty coffee roaster and cafe in Rhode Island. We believe coffee brings a community together and is an experience worth sharing. Since it’s conception, Borealis has had it’s focus on coffee. We source baked goods and other foods from local vendors to offer our customers, but it’s never been a focus of ours.

Every staff member wears many hats and believe that no one position is above doing any task. We value creativity, a hard work ethic, and a desire to always be improving and evolving our products and offerings.

With a new location coming this Spring in Bristol, RI, there is a possibility of becoming a full time team member with shifts possibly split between multiple locations (if interested).  

-All applicants must be available to work on Weekends.
-Cafe hours are 6-3 during week, 7-3 on weekends.
-Ideal candidates will be available for at least the next six months.
