May Walk + Roll Day Registration

Schools must submit this registration form by April 29th in order to receive prizes. Please indicate an event organizer/contact for your school and how you plan to hold your event. Need additional help or ideas? Please contact us.

Schools who also submit an after event participation form will automatically be entered into our raffle for 1 of 3 grand prizes of a $500 Gopher order for PE/recess equipment.

*Wheel Fairy will be visiting all schools during the week of May 2-6 - you don't need to register for this.
