Terms and conditions should you proceed to engage Buddey Technology for your events, you acknowledge and agree that Buddey Technology the owner, manager of the application Buddey Talent Jobs is merely referring talents to the Event Organiser. Buddey Technology is not an employer, partners, event organiser and do not represent any Users in their activities. Neither Buddey Technology nor any person associated with Buddey Technology makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, availability for the services under Buddey Talent Jobs or in this arrangement. The Event Organiser must obtain any required valid license before hosting the events and performances. A confirmed booking means the Event Organiser already made full payment of the price quoted by the talent for the job and submited a copy of payment receipt to Buddey Technology payment accounts. In event of any requests for cancellation by Event Organiser, cancellation requests within 24 hours from payment, any later only 50% of the amount paid valid for refund, any requests later is non refundable except if the talent cancel or no show. *
