Project C-19 Registration Form
PROJECT C-19 will be mostly concerned with organisations that provide service to vulnerable people or groups of vulnerable people. It will be one of the conduits of information from our local Civil Defence Team to these organisations, and feeding information from community organisations back to Civil Defence. This will give Civil Defence the information to take effective action where it is needed most.

It is the responsibility of community organisations to ensure that all necessary checks and agreements are carried out and put in place. Volunteer Nelson and Neighbourhood Support Nelson are acting as an intermediary between community organisations and will protect data it holds according to its standard Privacy Policy.  However Volunteer Nelson and Neighbourhood Support Nelson shall be held harmless for any liability due to errors or omissions as a result of Project Covid-19 services to community organisations.
