Use this form to nominate a staff member (teachers, administrators, and non-teaching staff) who have demonstrated going above and beyond for students, staff, and parents on a continual basis (as an example: a staff member tutoring students outside of their work day). Submitted employee recommendations will be reviewed and recommended to the superintendent to be honored at the first board meeting of each month.
