Hi there!
My name is Jasmine - I'm the fanny pack wearing creator of WOD, ACAC's only Crossfit-style small group.

WOD is Crossfit without the barbell.

I write the programming of this small group to be scalable to your skill and ability level, perfect for intermediate athletes who need to be physically 'sharp' without running you into the ground and leaving you injured.

WOD is in the pilot stage so please answer the questions below so that I can best serve you while building a community you're proud to be part of!

Details:
• Class is 50 minutes long with an optional 10 minute cooldown stretch with the group.
• First class is always on the house.
• For every friend you refer who signs up, you receive a free class added to your plan.
