A Note: Free Street prioritizes hiring people who have lived experience with/in Chicago's BIPOC communities, particularly in neighborhoods on the South and West sides of the city, and we are a queer/feminist/BIPOC-led organization directly committed to challenging Chicago's racial and economic segregation. Free Street pays everyone who works with us a minimum of $15/hr. Particularly for Production Manager roles, we value a wide-range of experience that does not have to be directly related to theater - a Virgo, a parent, or a manager of any kind, for example, may have the skills you need to be successful in this role. While Free Street is a bilingual English/Spanish organization, proficiency in English is a must for these roles. For more information about Free Street, please visit our website at freestreet.org
