2024 Canvas Roadshow Registration
We will be traveling the state of Nebraska this summer to spread the Canvas LOVE!! Please fill out this form to receive more information regarding the FREE event you are interested in attending. Each location will be scheduled as follows: 

DAY 1 - Two all day training options will be offered: 
  • Canvas for Beginners: During this session, we'll start by exploring Canvas from a student's perspective. We'll then delve into creating module content, emphasizing clear naming, clean design, and effective practices for student comprehension. We'll add various content types and explore Canvas Commons for resources. Additionally, we'll cover essential file management, page and assignment editing, and link validation.
  • Canvas for Advanced Users: This session will elevate your course design and management abilities. Explore advanced module features like prerequisites and requirements, group management for collaboration, accessibility, and leveraging tools like Speedgrader, the teacher app and the Gradebook for efficient grading and feedback practices. After lunch, the focus shifts to enhancing course aesthetics through the application of design principles, third-party tools, and HTML customization to create visually appealing Canvas spaces.
Day 2 - Pick a session - sessions to include:
  • Canvas for Elementary
  • New Quizzes
  • Canvas Design
  • Canvas for Mobile (Student, Teacher, and Parent App)
  • Universal Design for Learning + Canvas
  • Canvas Tips & Tricks
  • Canvas + Google = Awesome
  • Accessibility in Canvas
  • Outcomes, Rubrics, and Grading
