Criteria for nominating/choosing the Student of the Month should include (but are not limited to) the following:

·         Improvement in or good grades

·         Character through compassion, honesty, trustworthiness, optimism, and loyalty

·         Behavior and self-control

·         Attitude toward others/learning

·         Good citizenship or improvement in citizenship

·         Leadership and integrity

·         Demonstrates responsibility

·         Respectful to peers and teachers

Please record their information in the form below as well as a short statement as to why you think they should receive the Special Student of the Month award.

All students receiving this award will receive a certificate and prize for their achievement!

Based on our pool of nominations, SEPTA will present awards every month.  We are hoping to be able to have a representative from the  school at each award ceremony   

The Special Student of the Month Award Committee will choose the award recipient and extend an invitation to the recipient, his/her family and his/her teacher or staff member who had nominated them.
