Should you need to cancel or postpone your retreat fees do apply, so please read our Cancellation Policy below. This cancellation policy only applies to tuition for the retreat with Aurora Adventures LLC and Urban Balance, LLC. Your accommodations at Mount Madonna Center are booked separately.

DEFINITIONS “Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Urban Balance, LLC and Aurora Adventures, LLC Program. “You” refers to the participant booking the Retreat. “We” refers to Aurora Adventures, LLC and Urban Balance, LLC. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before registering.

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION POLICY Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply.

• If you cancel more than 90 days before your program start date, 75% of your tuition payment may be refunded. You will forfeit 25% of the your payment. • If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your program start date, 50% of your payment may be refunded. You will forfeit 50% of the payment. • If you cancel 0 – 59 days before your program start date, you will forfeit your entire tuition payment.

We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early. Aurora Adventures, LLC and Urban Balance, LLC must strictly adhere to its Cancellation Policy to offset costs incurred prior to the commencement of the Retreat.

Aurora Adventures, LLC and Urban Balance, LLC CANCELLATION POLICY

If Aurora Adventures, LLC and Urban Balance, LLC must cancel or change a scheduled retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your program payment minus a 10% fee to another program. Aurora Adventures, LLC and Urban Balance, LLC is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled programs, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your retreat.

However, Aurora Adventures, LLC and Urban Balance, LLC reserves the right to cancel the Retreat prior to start date for any reason or due to a force majeure event. Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, strikes, wars, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, severe weather, sickness, quarantine, global pandemic or other serious health or safety issues, or governmental restrictions. In most cases if Aurora Adventures, LLC and Urban Balance, LLC cancels a program due to force majuere events, Aurora Adventures, LLC and Urban Balance, LLC will use its best efforts to reschedule the program within a reasonable period of time at as little additional cost as possible to participants.

Release of Liability Aurora Adventures LLC and Urban Balance, LLC acts only as an agent for independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, sightseeing, activities, or their services connected with this Retreat. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Aurora Adventures LLC and Urban Balance, LLC and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default, of any company or person in preforming these services. Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such accuses. Aurora Adventures LLC isn’t responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the Retreat arranged by Aurora Adventures LLC and Urban Balance, LLC A release of liability form will be sent after your registration and payment is received and it must be signed by all participants prior to Retreat. Participation will not be allowed on Retreat without a signed Release of Liability Form.

PHOTO RELEASE: We will be taking pictures of the Retreat and will be sharing those special moments with you via email and other social media. In order to share pictures we need you to agree to the following. I grant Aurora Adventures LLC and Urban Balance, LLC, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the above Retreat. I authorize Aurora Adventures LLC and Urban Balance, LLC, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Aurora Adventures LLC and Urban Balance, LLC may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. I have read and understand the above.
