Request for Audience with the Board
If you would like to make a public comment via Zoom during a board meeting, please complete the following form. If you plan to attend the meeting in person, you may fill out a hard copy form when you arrive to the meeting.

During the public comment portion of the meeting, you will be called by name, unmuted and invited to address the Board for up to five minutes. Please refer to the guidelines for addressing the Board on the school board website.

Individuals with disabilities who may need a modification to participate in a meeting, or who need a language interpreter, should contact the Superintendent's Office no later than three working days before a regular meeting and as soon as possible in advance of a special meeting so that arrangements can be made.
