Please read these program expectations carefully: 1) All program related communication is between coach and athlete. 2) Athletes earn their seat every day. Rowing is a meritocracy where effort, ownership, and consistent performance earns opportunities. 3) Athletes are expected to be active participants in their  experience. It is the responsibility of the coach to provide a safe, transparent, and productive learning environment. 4) The program will be structured to provide transparency in decision making around training, boating, and racing. We entrust the coaches to make and communicate these decisions based on cumulative data collection and observation. 5) Athletes are expected to comply with all PBC rules, policies, and safety guidelines. 6) Athletes are expected to arrive early to training sessions, take ownership of their training, and to behave as one team. * *
