The congress registration fee is 200 €. The fee includes attendance at all scientific sessions, drinks and food during the congress, and participation in the harbor cruise on the Elbe River on the social evening. Lodging and transportation are the responsibility of the attendee. By registering, you agree to follow the local COVID19 rules in place. 

Cancellation requests must be received by emailing to bat-meeting@uke.de Cancellations for registrations must be received 14 days prior to the meeting start date to receive a refund. There will be no refunds for requests made after the 14 day timeline.
