NääsPeksin pomojen täydennysrekry 2023 / NääsPeksi supplementary boss recruitment 2023

Vuosisadan paras raina tarvitsee taakseen joukon vähintäänkin yhtä loistokkaita pomoja. Osa-alueen pomona sinun tehtäväsi on pitää huolta, että koko tiimisi hönkii tavoitteiden mukaisesti oikeaan suuntaan, oikeassa ajassa ja toisiaan tsempaten. Pomot ovat meille tuottajille korvaamaton apu, sillä heidän kanssa yhteistuumin varmistetaan rainan isojen suuntaviivojen yhtenäisyys ja rakennetaan tämän upeaakin upeamman spektaakkelin raamit. 

Eduksi katsotaan esimerkiksi tällaisia taitoja: aikaisempi speksikokemus, organisointi- ja koordinointikyky, vuorovaikutustaidot, rautaiset hermot, kekseliäisyys, nokkeluus ja luovuus.

Huomioithan, että osa-alueen pomolta vaaditaan kykyä kommunikoida tarvittaessa myös englannin kielellä, jotta varmistamme jokaisen tekijän yhtäläisen mahdollisuuden hypätä projektiin mukaan! Rainan käsikirjoitus ja esitys itsessään rakennetaan suomeksi, joten suomen osaaminen katsotaan monella alueella vähintään eduksi.

Pomoksi voit hakea tämän lomakkeen kautta sunnuntaihin 23.7. klo 23.59 saakka!
Kun olet täyttänyt lomakkeen, laita pikimiten viestiä @emmaruskea Telegramissa varataksesi ajan haastatteluun. Haastattelu voidaan hoitaa kasvotusten Bäkkärillä tai vaikkapa Zoomin välityksellä.

HUOM! Seuraava pomokoulutus (=pomomöksä) pidetään jo pe–su 28.–30.7. Kannattaa siis hakea nopeasti, jotta pääset ajoissa mukaan perehdytykseen ja tutustuun muihin muikeihin pomoihin! Valitut pomot ovat ehdottomasti tervetulleita ja toivottuja mukaan möksälle.

The best production of the century needs a group of at least equally brilliant bosses behind it. As the boss of your area, your task is to make sure that your entire team is moving towards the same goals, at the right time, and cheering each other on.The bosses are an invaluable help to us producers, because together we ensure the uniformity of the production's big picture and build the framework of this wonderful spectacle.

Some skills are considered an advantage, for example: previous experience in NääsPeksi, organization and coordination ability, communication skills, nerves of steel, ingenuity, wit and creativity.

Please note that the boss is required to be able to communicate also in English, if necessary, so that we ensure an equal opportunity for every creator to jump onto the project! The script and the show itself are written in Finnish, so knowledge of Finnish is considered at least an advantage in many areas.

You can apply to be a boss through this form until Sunday 23 July at 23:59!
When you've sent the form, message @emmaruskea ASAP on Telegram to reserve a time for your interview. We can do the interview either face-to-face at Bäkkäri or on Zoom, for example.

NOTE! The next extensive training (pomomöksä) will be held on the weekend of 28th–30th July. So get crackin' and send in your application ASAP, so you can join us and get to know our splendid team! New bosses are most definitely invited and welcome to the training weekend.
