Instrumental Hire Application
Please complete this form to arrange for your child to hire an instrument from school.  

There will be a termly charge of £20 per instrument, which covers minor maintenance costs.  However, you may be asked to contribute towards the repair of any damage to the instrument incurred by your child.

After a period of one year, you may be asked to either purchase an instrument, or hire one from a commercial organisation if availability is limited and your child wishes to continue with lessons.
