For myself and any of my legal dependents(children), I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sandusky River Watershed Coalition, Heidelberg University, the City of Tiffin, Seneca County, the City of Fremont, Sandusky County, the City of Bucyrus, Crawford County and all of their officials, agents, and employees, to this event, from liability or responsibility for any damage or loss of any kind whatsoever which is caused by participants taking part in Sandusky River Clean Sweep.
