Due to the need for volunteers at LYSA Youth Soccer, we have in place a volunteer policy.  Modeled by other clubs throughout the state, we are requiring each Raiders family to submit a deposit/per family to be returned after 10 documented volunteer hours for Spring Competitive League.

Volunteer hours can be submitted for:
Board Member
Committee Position
Referee (actual hours refereeing a game)
Coach
Concession Stand
Manager of a Team
Fundraising Coordinator for a team, Hotel Coordinator for a team
Offer to write up Newspaper articles for the Enterprise
Field Maintenance/Cleanup (painting field lines prior to games, moving goals into place, hanging nets)
Field Hosting when you're the home team
Organize Team Equipment
Update and Organize Medical Kits
OR Other!

This form is honor system, please fill it out as you log hours. You can submit this form several times throughout the season.
