6th Grade Art Club

Sixth Grade Art Club is an extracurricular privilege that provides opportunities for projects and a community for sixth grade students who are passionate about Art. The club will meet once a month (DAY/DATES TBD) in Mrs. Nalty's Room (104.) The 6th Grade Art Club encourages creativity and friendship while following rules and expectations. Failure to follow the rules and meet the expectations listed in the student contract below will result in disciplinary action and possible dismissal from the club.  There is limited space to the Art Club and is limited to 25 students.

Student Contract for Art Club

I understand the following rules and expectations means that I have to make good choices.

As a member of the Sixth Grade Art Club I will choose to:

  • Use and handle tools and materials appropriately

  • Care of my own and my peers artwork’s with safety, placement, and storage

  • Respect the club meeting time and space by keeping it clean, safe and being on time

  • Keep my voice at a calm, indoor appropriate level and use appropriate language

  • Actively participate in discussions and demonstrations

  • Be Responsible with transportation and ready to pick up promptly at 4:30pm


I understand that choosing not to do the above is a violation of this contract that will result in disciplinary action and possibly my dismissal. My signature and my parents/guardians’ signature confirms this. I am excited to get started making art and meeting new people who also love art.
