Hi there, Artist!

We are so glad that you have decided to submit your artwork to the gallery at Grace & Grounding. It is a beautiful space and we believe it only enhances the beauty of inspiring art!

In the same way, we believe that beautiful artwork enhances the healing qualities that group fitness, therapeutic workshops, and wellness events provide. Our passion is to equip our clients with tools that influence whole-person wellness. Your art can help others in the healing process, too 💜

Once we have reviewed your submission form and feel that your work is a good fit for our space, we will be contacting you to set up a tour of the studio and to discuss installation.  This will be an informal process. You can ask any question you like without any obligation to participate. There are a few expectations that we want you to be aware of before moving forward.

Expectations:
1. We are a Christian Wellness facility, which means there may be references to Christianity, the Bible, and other spiritual symbols within the space. In addition, we host many types of events, including fitness classes. Anything we already have installed in the space will remain in the space. We will not make any permanent changes for the addition of artwork. **Please be sure that this is something you are ok with before signing the gallery agreement.
2. You are responsible for securing your own insurance as needed. We have liability on the space (provided to you upon request) but your own professional insurance may be needed. This is up to your own discretion. Though damages to artwork are NOT our responsibility, we will take every effort to keep your art safe. 
3. You will be asked to sign a gallery agreement before artwork may be installed. If it is not signed, we cannot accept your artwork. 
4. Our priority is the safety and security of the people who enter our space. Please behave with kindness, compassion, and grace for yourself and others when you enter. 
5. By procuring the space for your artwork, you are not in anyway connected with Grace & Grounding and will not be permitted to utilize our logo or other marketing references for your own purposes other than to reference the space your artwork is held. We must approve any social media or marketing efforts that include or logo/company images before they are shared. 
6. Our standard split is 60/40, 60% to the artist and 40% to the studio. You choose your own price. All artwork for sale must be accurately priced to include this agreement. We handle all payments and then artists are paid at the end of our agreed upon show timeframe. 

This is only a brief summary of things we thought you might be interested to know before submitting your form. The formal contract agreement will be provided upon approval. Please contact info@graceandgrounding.com with any questions you may have.
