UA Headshot Sign Up

A UA photographer will meet you in front of Rose Administration building to capture faculty/staff photos between 8:30 am and 12:00 pm. Please complete the form below to attend the event. In the event of rain, headshot day will be rescheduled. This event is only open to UA faculty and staff.

** Please bring your name tag or ACT card to the session. If you do not have one of those, your name written on a piece of paper will do. You will hold this up for the first photo so that we can be sure to get the correct name with each person's headshots. **
