Yearbook Ad Form
Parents, do you want to place a recognition ad in the yearbook?  Ads can now be created through your Treering Yearbook Account!

To place an ad you must

1. Fill out this form.

2. Send in cash or check in an envelope marked "Yearbook Ad" with the student name and grade to school by March 16th in order to guarantee placement in the Yearbook.

3. Create or login to your yearbook account to place the ad.

 Only one ad per student is allowed.

Ad Deadline is March 16, 2020

Ad Prices/Sizes

$10 - 1/8 of a page
$20 - 1/4 of a page
