WHAT IS MEIAVA ELEVATE?

Meiava Elevate is an advisor matching platform for women. A cross-company solution, it removes the friction of connecting to a diverse, global network of advisors that can support women with their career development and personal growth.

Meiava Elevate is available to women at all levels – not just those in career milestone programs or those participating in a formal mentoring program.

The technology serves as a starting block to encourage self-directed, more frequent and informal mentoring experience. Through Meiava Elevate, we want to create a ripple effect where more women step up as advisors to coach and support others.

REGISTER AS AN ADVISOR

Please submit your name, email, organization and LinkedIn link using the form below.  The Meiava team will then send an invitation link for you to sign up to the platform, create a short profile, and set up your calendar of availability (which you can change at anytime).

YOUR ROLE AS AN ADVISORS 
- Make yourself available for “conversation hours”
- Serve as a supporter, coach, mentor
- Listen to the needs of the mentee
- Ask questions to help explore options and ideas
- Consider being profiled to share your story with others

TIME COMMITMENT

Give the gift of your time. We value any time that you can make yourself available to serve as an Advisor. This is a volunteer experience. You define the level of commitment that you can offer. The Meiava Elevate platform will have a calendar for you to edit and show your availability for "conversation hours."  Mentees will book time with you using the platform.

As a guide, we would suggest offering at least 30 minute conversation blocks. You can likely expect to have at least two calls with each Mentee just to get the relationship started. That's for both of you to decide together.

If you need to change your scheduled meeting, we have a messaging feature to contact the Mentee. Also, like how you would accept, decline or suggest another time when receiving an email calendar invitation, you can also respond to the other person that way.
