Parent Portal Access Form
Jennings School District provides an internet product called:  SISK12 Parent Portal. This product will allow parents/guardians to use the internet to check various aspects of their student’s records. This service is optional for your family.

An email address is required in order to participate.  The purpose of the email address is to send you a confidential and personalized user ID and password, which will permit you to gain access to your student’s data on the secure web server.  The ONLY way to receive your user ID and password is by email. The school office cannot give it to you nor do they have access to your password.

Parent/Guardians who want to access their child’s data on the Jennings School District Parent Portal server must complete this form.  The password will be emailed to the parent/guardian within 72-hours of submitting the form after enrollment is complete.
