1. To help us know who is taking part, please could you complete the registration form below.

2. Please also let us know friends and family-members that you would like us to add to the virtual total - who they are and where they live, we'll then add them to our overall list and notify you when we've "reached them"! E.g. Grandmother, Manchester or Cousins, Paris

3. Please let us know the name you use on Strava if it isn't your real name.

4. And if you are a current RLS Student, please also read the safety information we have recommended and tick the box to let us know you've read and agree with it.

Step 2: Set up your Sponsorship Fundraising Page on JustGiving or Make a Donation to take part.

Step 3: Sign up to Strava. Join the RLS Christmas Sparkle Strava Clubs. Set your Privacy Controls. Make sure you allow Mrs Amodio (RLS Staff and Strava Club admin) to FOLLOW you on Strava so your activities can be counted towards the big total.

From Monday 14th December,, start running/cycling/walking and tracking and uploading your activities to Strava.

Each week, we'll tot up the total distances travelled and announce where in the World we have got to, and how many friends and family we have virtually visited to spread some sparkle..
