‘Truth on the Roof’ has returned and this year we are looking to train 20 emerging young artists aged 16-30 years from BAME backgrounds to develop their employability skills and artistic skills in the form of poetry, music and spoken word'.
Young creative will develop the following skills on the programme:
- Storytelling skills
- Research methodology
- Emotional Intelligence & Well-Being support and training
- confidence and public speaking skills
- Teamwork and collaboration with other emerging artists
- Freelancing and career progression opportunities
- One-to-one support and life skills development
This programme will be for 15 weeks and it will start with an introductory workshop via Zoom. We expect that the entirety of the programme to be delivered on Zoom, however if it will be safe to do so, we will consider delivering some of the sessions face to face, especially with studio recording and filming the videos on Paddington Central's rooftop.

Any person hoping to take part in Truth on the Roof must complete the application form below in order to be considered. The data from your response will be solely utilised for the purpose of application and if successful, registration for this programme you will be invited for a virtual interview via Zoom or Google Meet.
