2023-2024 Transportation Request
Please fill out our form accurately. Use a valid email address and phone number as they will be used to contact you regarding your request. This request form is for the K-8 Oxnard School District.

Eligibility for Transportation is based on the address provided during enrollment and that is in the District Student Information System. Students shall be eligible for transportation service to and from school if the distance between their school-established bus stop and the school is beyond 1.5 miles. 

Filling out this form does not mean your student is registered to ride a bus. This is a request form and will have to be processed. Transportation will be sending out the route information by mail. If you do not receive a letter by mail, you may call us after August 11th, 2023 for the route information. Oxnard School District Transportation phone number is 805-385-1519

***Starting August 1st, 2023, any transportation request submitted will be considered as a late request. All late requests will be delayed. Plan accordingly for your child(ren).***
