8th Grade Celebration - Help plan the end of year celebration for 8th graders. The event occurs on a Saturday evening in April/May, but planning for the event happens throughout the school year

Council Delegate - Represents Tays JH PTSA at monthly Katy ISD Council of PTAs meetings, presents a Council meeting summary report at our Executive Board meeting, is a member of the Executive Board and expected to attend monthly meetings

Fun Food Frenzy - 4 times per year PTSA hosts this fun event where students can purchase fun food options like Chick-Fil-a sandwiches, candy, gum, sodas, and much more!
Volunteers sell at lunches during the event, help students with selections, restock products, and collect and organize items before the event

Historian - gathers pictures and videos of PTSA events throughout the year, creates an end of year video, attends monthly Executive Board meetings

Hospitality - Recognize faculty and staff throughout the year with appreciation events, donate requested items, prepare dish for luncheons, etc.

Spirit Wear - Help select, design and coordinate selling Tays JH spirit wear.

Workroom - Assist with copies, lamination, other minor tasks to help teachers

Library - changes the Library bulletin board monthly, assists with book fairs or other requests from the Library

Red Ribbon Week - Decorates school for drug awareness week in October, coordinates with counselors

Reflections - organizes and submits Texas PTA's Arts in Education Reflections contest entries from Tays students, coordinates with other local PTSAs to judge entries from partner schools

School Supplies - Coordinates selecting vendor, items in each grade packet, contract details and distribution prior to the school year

Spirit Nights - Help plan spirit nights or create innovative ideas for raising funds to support PTSA programs

Staff Appreciation Week - Recognize faculty and staff during staff appreciation week in April/May, organizes luncheons, mailbox treats, or other ways to spoil the staff

Student Member Coordinator - works with VP of Membership to have 2 PTSA Student Membership meetings per year

Titans Care - Our school wide community service project. The Coordinator will work with the Admin team and VP of Programs
