MA FFA Alumni Jacket Award Application

Award Overview

1. The purpose of this program is to provide members with the opportunity to earn a new FFA jacket.

2. The event is open to agricultural education students who are active members of a chartered FFA chapter in good standing with the Massachusetts FFA Association and are juniors or younger.  

3. Jackets will be awarded to active FFA members based on chapter involvement, advisor recommendation and need.

4. Number of jackets awarded will be, at minimum, four with additional jackets awarded based on program funding.

5. Jacket winners will be presented with their jacket at the Massachusetts State FFA Convention and advisors may be notified prior for planning purposes. 

6. No tailored jackets will be ordered. Jacket sizing information can be found on FFA.org. If jacket size is incorrectly entered on this application, the Massachusetts Alumni Association is not able to return or alter the jacket. Please have your advisor perform the measurements needed to appropriately fit your jacket. "Small", "Medium", "Large" etc. is not an option and will void the application.

7. Chapter Office will not be included on the jacket (name only).
