*Liability Insurance is Required for EVERY RENTAL!
-Each renter must provide proof of current professional liability insurance.
-Don't have professional liability insurance yet?  www.hiscox.com  has serviced past renters. 
*A valid credit card on file is required for every rental.
Please allow 1 week to process your request for new renters. Last minute requests cannot be accommodated.  Established renters, please allow 2 business days to process adds or changes to existing rentals.
*Payment in FULL is required prior to every rental.
