Thank you for RSVP-ing! We will all meet at Axis Eagle for our celebration and breakfast (pre-wrapped breakfast burritos, coffee, juice, etc) before splitting into our adventure groups. We have three different adventure options, so please be sure to select your group below.

Reminder: Bring your mask! We will be practicing good social-distancing, and masks are required in the clinic, Eagle Ranch Golf Clubhouse, and when social distancing cannot be maintained.

Which group will you adventure with? *

GOLF: Eagle Ranch Golf Club. Tournament with prizes! Participants will need to pay for their own round of golf and/or cart rental.

BIKE: Mountain bike the Haymaker Trail (easy 3-4 miles), with an option for the Boneyard Trail (more difficult 5 miles)

HIKE: Hike 2-3 miles out-and-back on a trail near Sylvan Lake.
