The original idea was to have it inside in the afternoon in air conditioning in August. Due to the virus pandemic, we went to outside in the evening so there would be enough room to space people out.
Was the day appropriate for the event (third full weekend in August, Saturday August 22, 2020)? *

The Venue
In these pandemic times, finding any venue was a feat, owed mostly to Sementha Mathews and Jessica Ganas of the Turner Center for the Arts.
Was the Turner Art Center Art Park setting satisfactory for the event? *
If No, what could have done to make the setting more satisfactory? Please describe.
Was parking easy and accessible? *
Did you feel the security was sufficient in the Art Park? (In addition to the cable at the vehicle entrances, there was a Sheriff's deputy parked behind the ticket booth.) *
Food and Drink
People want refreshments during a three-hour event.
Was the beverage truck (The Pour House) satisfactory? *
