Resilience Questionnaire
The Resilience Questionnaire was developed at the Southern Kennebec Healthy Start, Augusta Maine, in 2006 and 2013 to align with the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) questions.

Please select the response that best aligns with your recollection of your childhood experiences as identified in each statement. Your response should be based on how you felt AS A CHILD; not how you feel now.
