We will work with all beginners to build up distance over the course of the summer. You do not need to have any running experience, just be willing to work hard and have a positive attitude! Please read the entire form and answer all the questions.

Summer Workout Information:  Everyone is welcome in 7th - 12th grade to join us for our summer workouts.  We run during the entire summer to prepare for our season in the fall.  When in town it is recommended that you run with the team at 6:00 am on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in June and Monday - Thursday at 6:00 am in July.  Mondays and Wednesdays will be at Clovis High School (Meet by the back entrance through the alley)  Tuesdays and Thursdays will be at Hillcrest Park (Meet at the splash pad entrance).  You are required to have a physical and proof on insurance before you will be allowed to run. Practices are not mandatory, but highly recommended to help you be prepared for the start of the season in the fall. Runners are encouraged to run on their own if they cannot attend practices.
