Thank you for your interest in San Mateo County Search and Rescue.  Our team is looking for highly qualified, highly motivated individuals who are able and willing to run through a rigorous and competitive application and interview process. If accepted into the Academy, you will be required to invest a significant amount of time training, practicing, and demonstrating Search and Rescue skills.
