Please note this is a request form with the primary information needed to book a visit to the museum. Your visit is not confirmed until a member of the Bell Groups team has reached out to you with an exact date/time.

Adult admission prices:

  • Museum Tickets only ($12.00 per person)
  • Planetarium only ($8.00 per person)
  • Combo ($18.00 per person)

Youth admission prices: 

  • Museum Tickets only ($10.00 per person)
  • Planetarium only ($6.00 per person)
  • Combo ($12.00 per person)
If you're a Personal Care Attendant group bringing clients in, please state so in the accommodations box at the end of the form. 

If your group qualifies for the Museums for All Admission rate, please state so in the comments and questions box at the end of the form.
