Life can bring us lots of concerns and worries, especially at the moment. If anxiety, low mood or stress is getting on top of you (or your client) then Citizens Advice Reading is currently running free 1hr introductory Wellbeing workshops on a Monday morning. These workshops are run by a mental health coach and will cover areas such as an introduction to the topic, signs and symptoms, coping strategies and signposting to further resources.
These workshops are not intended as therapy, nor 1:1 support but rather provides information to help individuals to help themselves.
