2022 Shelton Summer Band Program!
This summer learning program is open to ANY student who is going into grades FIVE - NINE free of charge. This is your child's opportunity to start a new band instrument OR continue practicing their current band instrument.

***PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ONLY FOR BAND INSTRUMENTS, orchestral string instruments (violin, viola, cello, bass) will not be offered at this time**

Students will also have the opportunity to learn guitar! Students will learn in small group settings with Shelton Public Schools music teachers. The program will run Monday - Thursday, July 6 - 30. Lessons will be one hour, times TBD.

Details:
Here is what YOU will need for the Shelton Summer Band Program:
- Transportation to and from Perry Hill School on your lesson day(s)
- An instrument (Not sure what you want to play yet? No problem, we will start with an instrument demonstration day). Only percussion instruments will be provided, all other instruments will need to be rented or purchased
- A book (only for NEW students- details on the required book to follow)
- A pencil
- Energy and a positive attitude!
