Wellington Floorball Open 2021 - Storm Club Player Registration
This form is to be filled out by anyone wishing to play for a Wellington Storm club team at Wellington Open 2021. Please fill out a new form for each player.
Player registrations close: Tuesday 24th of August.

This year we are not holding trials but teams will be selected based on recent performance.
Players hoping to be selected for an elite team will be able to play in an open team if they are not selected for elite grade. We hope to have 2-3 elite grade teams.

Elite:
Players must be Year 11 at school or older.
9am Friday 24th September - 5pm Sunday 26th September
5v5 plus goalies
Full sized court
Cost: $45 per player
