1. All appeals are to be submitted to EasyPost within fifteen (15) days of original denial of claim.

2. The package recipient should hold damaged items in the event they are requested during appeals processing. FAILURE TO RETAIN DAMAGED PROPERTY MAY AFFECT FINAL SETTLEMENT OF APPEAL.
