Meet at 11955 Elkwood Dr Cincinnati OH 45240 between 4:15-4:45pm on Monday October 31st. If you would like to participate in the costume contest, please arrive closer to 4:15 so we can see you and get your picture.  Parade will depart at 4:45 and walk down Elkwood towards Forester.  We will turn right on Forester and end at Clifford George Park where kids will be given a bag of candy/treats.  Winners of the costume contest (and house decorating contest) will be announced at the Park.  The Civic Association is collecting donations of candy and other items for the treat bags.  Please drop off at 1755 Clayburn Cir by October 29th so we have time to make the bags.
